Wipe the smile off Blair

Wipe the smile off Mr Blair's face on May 5th

Conservative Co-Chairman Liam Fox has launched a unique high-tech election poster - urging voters to "wipe the smile" off Tony Blair's face on May 5th.Erected on a billboard in central London, the three-dimensional poster uses unique video replay technology for the first time in Britain. And the imagine of a grinning Tony Blair is seen to change, with the smile on the Premier's face literally disappearing, as observers move from right to left.Unveiling the party's latest campaigning initiative, Dr Fox said: "There is just one week to go until the election. It's now or never for people to tell Mr Blair what they think. "

They can reward Mr Blair for 8 years of broken promises and for his lies on important issues like Iraq, immigration and taxation. Or they can vote Conservative, to support a Party that has taken a stand and is committed to action on the issues that really matter to people." Dr Fox added: "Mr Blair is already secretly smirking at the prospect of another victory night. As his chief spin doctor said in a leaked memo at the weekend, they think the job is 'basically done'. "This poster reminds people that they have a choice. Next week their vote is their voice. If they want action on the issues that really matter the only way to send that message is to take a stand and vote Conservative."
